Dr. DiBacco is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. He is a Fellow of the AMerican College of Foot Surgeons, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Sugery, the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedists, the Acedemy of Ambulatory Foot Surgery, and the American Association of Hospital Podiatrists and also an Associate of the American Acedemy of Sports Medicine.

The doctor is committed to continuing medical education, allowing the Foot and Ankle Center to continue to provide you with the finest possible specialty service. We constantly strive to provide our patients with good outcomes in an efficient manner.

Dr. DiBacco, a native of Erie, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gannon University and obtained his medical degree from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Foot and Ankle Clinic of Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital.

Currently, Dr. DiBacco is an instructor at Gannon University in the Podiatric Medical Accelerated program, an adjunct clinical instructor at the following Podiatric Medical Colleges: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Des Moines, and California, and clinician at the Foot Clinic of Youngstown.

Dr. DiBacco is the founding Director of the Podiatric Surgical Residency at Millcreek Community Hospital. The doctor is the former Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Millcreek Community Hospital, a member of the staff at St. Vincent Health Center, Corry Memorial Hospital, University Health Systems/Brown Memorial Hospital, Meadville Medical Center, Ashtabula County Medical Center, and a member of the Great Lakes Rehabilitation Hospital Staff.
